The Intercoastal Patient Portal is a password-protected web site that gives you 24-hour access to certain personal health information from your medical record. You can also use it to communicate with your care team and their staff.
Please allow up to three business days for responses to all questions and requests sent through the portal.
Do not use the portal to communicate with your physician on any urgent medical issue.
Call your physician's office if you have an issue that requires immediate attention.
Call 911 for emergencies.
Before you can register on our portal, please obtain a PIN letter from the provider's office at your next appointment. (for security reasons, we do not email PIN information)
